Rules for venue guests

1. MUSIC & VOLUME

• As our venue is situated within a residential area, we kindly request that guests respect the neighbors by keeping music and noise at a reasonable volume.

• Any excessive loud music or noise must end by 10:00 PM in accordance with NYC noise ordinances. We are not liable for any complaints or police involvement due to noise after this time.

• We are unable to accommodate DJs.

• The venue doors must remain closed to minimize disturbance to the surrounding community.

• If the music volume is deemed too loud, we will implement volume restrictions at our discretion.

2. PROHIBITED 

• No smoking 

• No drugs 

• No DJ's 

• No glitter, confetti, balloons that have glitters inside, or anything that can splatter all over the space is not allowed

3. FOOD&BEVERAGE

    • Guests may bring their own alcohol, and outside food is permitted.
    • Cooking on-site is prohibited.

4. TRASH & BELONGINGS

• Do not leave trash or items outside venue - leave everything that needs to be discarded inside the venue 

• Please be sure to take all your belongings with you, everything left behind after event will be considered trash by cleaning crew.
